Ag Committee Approves Bipartisan Legislation to Reauthorize and Improve the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
The House Agriculture Committee approved H.R. 4413, the Customer Protection and End-User Relief Act, by voice vote.
To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Commodity Exchange Act to repeal the idemnification requirement for regulatory authorities to obtain acess to swap data required to be provided by swaps entities under such Acts.
