WASHINGTON – On December 3, 2009, the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Conservation, Credit, Energy, and Research, chaired by Congressman Tim Holden of Pennsylvania, continued its review of climate change issues by examining the costs and benefits of agriculture offset proposals.
