WASHINGTON – On July 30, 2009, Congressman Tim Holden (PA), Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee’s Subcommittee on Conservation, Credit, Energy, and Research, held a hearing to review two watershed proposals that require approval from Congress before they can move forward.
