WASHINGTON – On December 9, 2009, Congressman Tim Holden of Pennsylvania, Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee’s Subcommittee on Conservation, Credit, Energy, and Research, held a hearing to review regulatory and legislative proposals to improve the condition of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
