WASHINGTON – On July 9, 2009, Congressman Mike McIntyre, Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee’s Subcommittee on Rural Development, Biotechnology, Specialty Crops, and Foreign Agriculture, held a hearing to review Federal efforts to expand broadband access in rural areas.
