| Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin C. Peterson today released the following statement on President-elect Barack Obama's nomination of Tom Vilsack for Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture: “I congratulate former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack on his nomination for Secretary of Agriculture.
