Description
H.R. 1177, the Removing Outdated Restrictions to Allow for Job Growth Act, would allow the City of Old Town, ME, to petition the Secretary of Agriculture to release the deed restriction on the parcel of land around the airport to allow for business development. The legislation would allow economic development in Old Town to move forward and provide certainty to private investors int he community.
