On October 7, 2009, the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Conservation, Credit, Energy, and Research held a hearing to review implementation of the conservation title of the 2008 Farm Bill. Congressman Tim Holden of Pennsylvania chaired the hearing, which included testimony from two USDA officials charged with implementing those programs. |
